Keep it Moving

Anger is sometimes rooted so deeply it hurts…
So much that full blown happiness only comes in spurts.

A burst of emotional wind so fast that it is hard to hold…
That slows down for most as they grow wise and old.

For others it seems to never seems to sit around long enough…
Which makes holding onto the important things somewhat lost and tough.
