A Peaceful Calm

At times even now I don’t know what I want…
I put up a shield that rejects emotions and puts up a front.

The difference now is I am aware of my internal clock…
I turn back time for no demon as they pick up each rock.

Throw them as hard as you can until your joints give way…
There is no more shutting down this human…This is now MY Day.

I’m going to live how I want in the ways I see fit…
I am not worried about failing these days…Not even a bit.
